Haydn explosiv

Eisenstadt 2009

Client: Schloss Esterhazy

Joseph Haydn worked as court musician, kapellmeister and composer for the House of Esterházy from 1761 to 1803. In 2009, a permanent exhibition dedicated to this artistic epoch was opened at the Esterhazy Palace, in Eisenstadt. With the help of multimedia stations and unique historical documents from the Esterházy collections, it describes a musical-cultural-historical arc, from Haydn’s early years at the Esterházy court to his acclaimed concerts in London, his later creative period, to ceremonially celebrated anniversaries and reviews in the 20th and 21st centuries. Our founder, Horst Campman, back then the founder and CEO of ARTEX, took care of the object mounting and exhibition installation for this project.
