The Stadtmuseum Simeonstift Trier is located directly next to the Porta Nigra around the romantic courtyard. After extensive renovation works, which were completed in 2007, the museum now possesses the state-of-the-art exhibition space in the historic building of the Simeonstift and in the newly constructed annex. Today, around 900 objects from the Simeonstift’s collection are presented there on 1000 m² of exhibition space.
